"Mulder, wake up."
"God, my head hurts. What did they knock us out with?"
"I'm not sure. My memory's a little fuzzy."
"Where do you think we are?"
"I haven't got a clue. I can't see anything."
"Good. I was beginning to worry I'd gone blind."
"You're not blind, Mulder, it's just pitch black in here. I can't even make out the edges of a door."
"I guess they're not worried anyone can hear us or they would've put gags on. We could be out in the middle of nowhere."
"Or, we could be in a soundproof cell at Fort Marlene. There's really no way to know."
"Well, I vote we take our chances and try to get out of here."
"My ankles and wrists are bound up pretty tight, I think with duct tape. Can you move at all?"
"They've got me taped up nice and snug, too. But I think that might be rope around my ribcage. Don't you think that's a little overkill, binding us back to back like this?"
"I guess they wanted to stop us from hopping out of here. Can you reach my hands? Maybe we can get each other's tape loose."
"Yeah, here, let me try..."
"Mulder, that's not my wrist."
"I didn't think it was."
"Can we stay on task here, please?"
"Can't blame a man for trying. Hey, I think this might work. The edge is coming loose."
"I can't quite reach yours. Maybe if I..."
"Scully? That's not my wrist, either."
"Tit for tat, Mulder."
"Not that I'm complaining."
"Just a little more.... Ouch!"
"Sorry. I guess I finally reached skin."
"That's okay. There's no painless way to do that. But it worked. Here, I'll get yours. Just let me..."
"Yeah, but I've got more hair on my arms. Or, at least, I used to."
"I was hoping we could just pull these ropes off, but it doesn't seem to be working. Got any suggestions?"
"Maybe if we try turning you around, we could loosen them enough for you to wriggle out."
"You want me to wriggle?"
"Actually, I would prefer writhing, but wriggling will do for now."
"I don't think this is going to work."
"Sure it is. Here, bring your arm around this way, and then your shoulder..."
"That's not my shoulder, Mulder."
"Oh. I thought you were just wearing shoulder pads."
"Just get your hands out of the way. You're not helping."
"I think we're making progress. Try rotating your hips."
"Hey, watch the knee!"
"Is that your flashlight, Mulder, or--"
"God, Scully, couldn't you think up a better line?"
"No, Mulder, I'm asking you if you have your flashlight."
"Oh. No, I think that's actually--"
"Hey, Scully, this is better than playing Twister."
"What are you doing?"
"I'm trying to untie you. What did you think I was--"
"Shit, someone's coming! Can you get out yet?"
"No, it's still too tight."
"It won't do us any good if they find us like this. Quick, we have to get back to our original position!"
"Pull your leg around this way. No, that's not going to work. Turn the other way--"
"Lower the weapons, guys. It's just us. Can you get that flashlight out of my eyes?"
"Are we interrupting something, Agent Mulder?"
"Sir, this isn't what it looks like. Stop laughing, Mulder. This isn't funny. Can someone please untie us?"
"Agent Mitchell, come help them cut these off."
"Thank you. I think I can feel my feet again."
"Either of you need a paramedic?"
"No, sir, I think we just need some fresh air."
"Okay, boys, show's over. Why don't we move out and give these two some room?"
"Can I have my bra back now?"
